Biography

Lottie Victoria is a musician, bassist and sound technician with professional experience across live music, theatre, festivals and large-scale events throughout the UK and the UAE. She holds a BA in Music and Sound Recording from the University of York, combining technical expertise with a lifelong passion for live performance.

As a bassist, multi-instrumentalist and vocalist, Lottie has performed in a wide variety of musical settings and brings a unique perspective shaped by experience on both sides of the stage. Her understanding of performance, production and audio technology enables her to seamlessly bridge artistic vision with technical execution.

She has worked within technical and sound teams for leading organisations including ASM Global's Coca-Cola Arena and H2 Productions, delivering concerts, theatre productions, festivals, corporate events and large-scale live entertainment. She has also worked as a theatre technician at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, further developing her skills in fast-paced, high-pressure production environments.

With experience spanning live sound, lighting, backstage operations and technical production, Lottie thrives in collaborative environments where creativity and precision go hand in hand. Whether performing on stage, mixing live sound or supporting productions behind the scenes, she is passionate about creating memorable live experiences through technical excellence, professionalism and a genuine love of music.

As a musician

As a musician, Lottie Victoria is a bassist, multi-instrumentalist and vocalist with a passion for creating authentic, emotionally driven music. She holds a Grade 8 Bass qualification, Grade 5 Music Theory certification and Grade 7 Musical Theatre Vocal certification, providing a strong technical foundation alongside years of practical performance experience.

Lottie has performed in multiple bands throughout her career, most notably as the bassist for Lyrebirds (@lyrebirds.band), and has played across a variety of venues and live events. Drawing inspiration from indie, alternative and modern rock, she enjoys collaborating with other musicians, performing live and developing original music that balances technical musicianship with expressive performance.

As one of the growing number of women working in live sound, she is passionate about helping create a more diverse and inclusive industry while delivering exceptional audio experiences.
